FAQ What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
Customers have 14 days of the delivery date to initiate a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn,unwashed, and have original packaging. Customer must pay for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Exchanges/Refunds are given in the form of store credit. A store gift card will be issued for the amount of purchase with a 6 month expiration date. All final sale,clearance, and intimate apparel are non-refundable.

FAQ How long will it take to get my order?
All of our US orders include free standard shipping which is about 2-5 business days for delivery. However, most orders take 2-7 business days to be produced/fulfilled BEFORE they ship.

Yes, we ship internationally. Rates vary by country and product. Delivery time is 10-30 business days.

FAQ Can I cancel or modify my order?
All orders enter production 24 hours after the order is placed. Once an order enters production, product changes are no longer possible. Always double check product,quantity,shipping information, and shipping method before checking out an order.
